Over the last four years, AREAi, through its FastTrack Program, has supported youth educators and community-based facilitators with the skills and knowledge to deliver engaging lessons that equip learners with essential foundational skills. This approach has significantly improved literacy and numeracy outcomes, helping children transition successfully across mainstream and alternative learning systems.

Recognizing that teachers are the backbone of any Foundational Learning program, we are committed to empowering them with continuous support, training, and collaboration.

That’s why we are launching the FoundaMENTA Community of Practice (CoP), a vibrant learning network for educators who are passionate about improving foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) outcomes across classrooms and communities.
