Gideon Olanrewaju is an Education Policy Analyst, Quality Education Activist and Youth advocate. He holds a Masters of Arts (MA) degree in international education and Development from the University of Sussex as a 2017/2018 recipient of the UK's Chevening Scholarship. Gideon is a member of the Global Shapers Community, an Initiative of the World Economic Forum and a 2015 YALITechCamp South Africa Alumnus, a flagship program of President Barack Obama for young and outstanding African Leaders.
He is also a UNESCO Young Leader in Africa, a Teaching Fellow/Certified Entrepreneurial Leadership Educator at the African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg, South Africa and A Global Youth Ambassador with the Global A World at School International Campaign on Education. He is also an International Education Specialist and International Youth Speaker/Delegate who have spoken, participated and represented Nigeria as in several High-level consultations such as the World Education Forum Incheon, 66th and 67th UN/DPI NGO Conference Gyeongju, 14th United Nations Conference on Trade and Development Nairobi, 7th UNESCO NGO Forum Riyadh, World Youth Forum Sharm El Sheikh and 8th UNESCO NGO Forum Paris. Recently, he was appointed a Council member of the UN IYCS Taskforce and a member of Africa and Europe Working Group of the Commonwealth Student Association. He is also the 2018 Their World Youth Representative to the 73rd Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), currently holding at the UN Headquarters in New York.
Gideon's mission to see a world where every child, regardless of socio-economic status or geographical location, have access to quality educational opportunities to live to his/her full potential encouraged him to set up a non-profit in 2014, AREAi. Currently, he also serves as the Chairperson and Founding Executive Director of the International Youth Coalition for Education and the Founding Executive Director

Joy Oballum holds a Bachelors in Statistics and is a current Masters student at the University College London, United Kingdom studying for a Masters in Education, Health Promotion and International Development having been awarded the Chevening Scholarship by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
As an Education Development Practitioner, Research Consultant and IT_Driven Quality Education Advocate, JOY has worked with various International Development Partners especially the World Bank, UNFPA, UNICEF and the Global Partnership for Education on projects in the thematic area of Education and Youth Development including Research Studies, Programme Designs, M&E Framework Conceptualization, Service Delivery Indicators in key Sectors as well as Monitoring and Evaluation of donor-assisted Programmes including that which involves the use of the Theory of Change to critically evaluate impact. She has also consulted for the Ministry of Education and UBEC as well as the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on SDGs and attended various high-level meetings involving Key Education Stakeholders and Policy-Makers, contributing significantly towards reshaping the future of Education in Nigeria.
She is an Associate Fellow of the Royal commonwealth Society and a Youth Delegate to the United Nations, a registered United Nations Volunteer and a formidable partner with several other Civil Society Organizations, She has the vision to end the problem of Out-of-School Children and lift women out of poverty by deploying the instrumentality of Quality Education, with emphasis on the early acquisition of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Skills crucial for a Lifelong Learning

DAMILOLA OLUSANYA holds a Master’s Degree holder in International and Development Economics from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, Berlin. With an eye for global development, has played different roles in the various non-government and governmental organization as a field supervisor, project coordinator, and monitoring team leads. He is a member of the Model United Nations and also volunteers for the Centre for Humanitarian Data. His expertise cuts across data analysis, financial accounting and project planning.

Opeloyeru Adam currently serves as the Director of Operations at AREAi. Ope is is a community development evangelist, statistician, social and digital media strategist creative thinker, patriotic, industrious and vibrant youth, with a brilliant track in Entrepreneurship, Research, Project Management and public speaking. His also a Global Youth Ambassador at Their World Organization. The brain behind brilliant Adam Couture. A youth and sustainable development goals advocate. Serial volunteer for well-meaning national and international non-governmental organizations. He is an effective leader with democratic ideals, which has ensured team building, growth of colleagues and efficient service delivery. This implies that he actively includes team members in the decision making processes and engagement in all his organization activities.
He has an experience of working on Diplomacy and Entrepreneurship related issues. He has had the opportunity to interact with people from various parts of the world during his travel both in official capacity and otherwise and observing their cultures and traditional practices related to Youth Development.
He has also volunteered for different organizations and also belongs to some NGOs like Brain Builders International, Enough Is Enough Nigeria (EiE), Rising Child Foundation, Society Empowerment for Transformation Initiative, Purple Care Initiative. e.t.c. Adam is a good example of someone who creates success by his terms using a rather unusual occupation (Fashion) which he uses to amplify his ideas and portray Nigerian in good light. All these has enabled him to gain a respectable portfolio as a major contributor to many issues of national and international interest.
