How We Change Lives

Our solutions have been created, optimised, and integrated in collaboration with our partner communities. Through the generous support of various sponsors and partners, we designed tailored service and advocacy projects that create or influences opportunities for children, youth and women, that are not in education, employment or training.
Achieving quality education in rural areas is hindered by many factors which include but not limited to inadequate supply of teachers and teaching resources in such communities. Teachers’ Leadership Academy project seeks to provide capacity development opportunities for teachers to develop capacities across various specific teaching dynamics such as global competence, digital skills, management of sexual assault in classrooms, innovative pedagogies and curriculum design.
Education is the key to all development process and holds a large capacity to move the nation forward. Hence, the Walk, Run and Cycle for Education is an organised yearly sporting public mobilization event on both Day of the African Child and Human Rights Day to create awareness towards holding government accountable on varying policy issues around Education.
We believe it is crucial to have experienced youths and stakeholders share their experienced knowledge on how best to improve and position education for overall national development. Educational Dialogue Series is a Periodic brainstorming workshops and consultation sessions with educational stakeholders to discuss actionable insights and proffer practicable solutions to several educational challenges facing Nigeria.
Education Tuesday is a weekly expository series, convened on Twitter and designed to stir public debate, online mobilisation and stakeholders engagement on and about ranging issues within local and global educational agenda towards the realisation of #EducationForAll and for mobilizing support towards Education. In summary, the purpose of the EducationTuesday is to educate and create awareness about issues surrounding education.
This in-person knowledge and capacity development workshop helps youth activists and youth-led organisations working on education to develop competencies on the themes of high level advocacy strategy, design thinking for social change, active stakeholders’ engagement, storytelling, public narrative and community mobilization.
